Sirens to Syntax LLC is a Nebraska limited liability company in Seward, Nebraska. This page is how refunds work if you have paid us. If you have not paid us, there is nothing to refund.

The short version
This company website does not take payment. If you buy a product from us, you pay on that product (through Stripe) or in an app store, and you agree to that product’s terms at checkout.
If you paid through Stripe, refunds follow the terms of the product you bought. If you paid Apple or Google, you ask the store. We do not control those refunds.
If you paid us through Stripe

For BadgeDay, that means:
- Payments are non-refundable.
- A monthly subscription can be canceled at any time. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund a partial month.
- A 90-day intensive is a single payment. It does not renew. It is non-refundable once access begins.
- If we end your account for a reason that is not your breach, we refund the unused portion of what you paid.
- If we never delivered the access you paid for, write us and we will refund that payment.

If you paid Apple or Google
Purchases on the App Store or Google Play, including any future in-app purchase, are refunded by that store under that store’s rules. Ask Apple or Google. We cannot issue those refunds from here.
Free products
Some of what we publish is free and does not take payment. There is nothing to refund on a free product.
How to ask
Email grant@sirenstosyntax.com from the address you used to pay or to create the account. Include the product, the date, and the last four digits of the statement if you have them. We will answer within 30 days.
A chargeback filed with your card issuer is a dispute of the charge, not a request under this page. We may close the related account if a charge is reversed that way.
What this page is not
This is not a promise that anything is for sale today. It is the rule that applies if and when you pay us.
This page does not change the terms of a specific product. If this page and a product’s terms disagree, the product terms you accepted at checkout control.
Changes
If we change this page we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant we will say so on this page before it takes effect.
